The location of the hotel, two steps from the Plaza del Pilar and very close to the Ebro. It is a very central place to know many of the things, museums, cathedral, basilica, etc that the city offers. Very well located also with respect to the zone of tapeo. I recommend it.
Because it is in the centre, you cannot park anywhere except in the municipal car park and it is expensive. Therefore although the hotel is cheap, with the price of the parking it already has a standard price. It is best to travel by train to Zaragoza if you only want to spend a few days in the city. Another negative point is the fish market located at the end of the Plaza del Pilar, in the Plaza Cesar Augusto that gives its name to the city. It is right in front of a very beautiful church and above all of the Roman walls. It covers everything. It is something horrendous that clashes with the harmony of the place.

The staff was flexible, efficient, and responded promptly to requests. the room was a decent size, functional, and with a view. Its central location was convenient, just a 4-6 minute walk from a grand cathedral. A Christmas market and a regular market were located right next door.

location of the hotel is very good since from there there is easy access to the different tourist points to visit. There is a bus stop 100 meters away and arrival and departure of taxis to the area has no major complication.
rooms are quite small, mattresses are not comfortable, in one of the rooms there was an unpleasant smell apparently coming from the pipe. walls are deteriorated and although a luxury hotel is not expected, as it has three stars and price is fair, there are certain minimums to meet the expectations of guests. On the first day, we were informed that check-in was from 1:30 pm. We did the same at around 1:40pm and when we arrived at the floor where the rooms were, it turned out that one of them was being cleaned. There seems to be no communication between the cleaning and reception staff.

Reasonably priced hotel, very amiable and competent staff, peaceful location in the central square. Location near bars / restaurants and the river and local monuments. For shots visit La Republicana, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

We liked it. The hotel's in the corner of the huge and busy Plaza del Pilar, so it's central to the sights and cafes and restaurants. We had no problem with traffic and street noise.

location is exceptional, in the same square as the Town Hall and Cathedral. beds were comfortable and temperature is pleasant. At the entrance, receptionist told us it was a hotel to sleep and not to stay. He was right.
hotel in general should be reformed, it seems that we are back to the 70's (soaps in envelopes, wall lights and decoration remind me of my childhood). entrance door and floor were damaged because the water from the shower comes out everywhere. We were in a quadruple room and beds were arranged in such a way that it was difficult to get in, although they left a lot of space inside. cleaners woke us up in the morning with the walkies, making a noise that sounded like the police. small old elevators, one was broken when we were leaving and we had to go down the stairs with all the suitcases... from a fourth floor.

The hotel has an unbeatable location right at the Lift. The staff is fabulously helpful and very friendly.- The room is very affordable, huge, and comes with herbal medicinal tea, a stunning view, and a "double bed" as advertised.

The location was fantastic, so close to all the sights and surrounding restaurants and bars. The view from our room was the best we have ever had.
The only complaint was the air conditioning unit was very difficult to use and was not very good, especially when its 30 degrees plus in the evening you do need it.
